- How long does it take for music distribution to occur?
- iTunes and Google Play distributions should become available to the public for purchase within 3 business days. However, iTunes must manually verify 10% of all submissions randomly which can take up to 1 week. All other stores will take up to 2 weeks to appear.
- I've purchased a product, can I return it?
- Yes, you may. Please note that some products, such as Gift Certificates are not eligible for return. Also note that once a product has been marked as "Delivered" it is also not returnable. All eligible returns can be given as cash back or store credit.
- I don't have a PayPal account, can I still send payment?
- Yes, you may. When checking out through Paypal.com select the second option instead of entering in PayPal account details.
- I've ordered something recently and did not send payment. Can I cancel my order?
